However, multiple treatments may be recommended for deeply rooted issues, as increased reinforcement of the changes to the neural pathways results in more permanent effects. An initial visit provides time to discuss your goals, any triggers that seem to be associated with the patterns you wish to address, and answer questions. Any necessary follow up sessions include a review since the previous treatment.
